Live demo · two sample colleges
Sign in as anyone at Westbrook College of Science & Technology or Riverside Institute of Health Sciences — researchers, supervisors, reviewers or the research office — and follow real projects from proposal to published impact. Each college only ever sees its own data.
Westbrook College of Science & Technology runs engineering, biotechnology and business research. Riverside Institute of Health Sciences runs public health, nursing and pharmacology research.
Both colleges share this demo installation, but every proposal, document, task, report and user list is confined to the signed-in person's own college. In production, each college gets its own subdomain and its own branding.
Start with a proposal and carry it all the way to publication — your supervisor and the research office see progress at every step.
One place for proposals, approvals, documents and deadlines — instead of email threads and shared drives.
A proposal-level team (who's working on this project) and manuscript-level authorship credit (contribution + order) — two different questions, tracked separately.
Every file lives in a multi-version library — upload a new version without ever losing the old one, restore any prior version, all fully downloadable.
A discussion thread on every record, a shared feed of who did what across the whole project, and personal notifications for mentions, assignments, and approvals.
Request approval on any record; the proposal's supervisor decides. A real progress bar on the proposal page reflects genuine stage completion.
Pipeline funnel, publications over time, task completion and average days from proposal to publication — plus CSV export everywhere.
Live Zotero and Mendeley sync, plus RIS/BibTeX import for EndNote and anything else — your literature review doesn't start from a blank page.
From full platform administration down to read-only visibility for funders and outside monitors.
